The title says it all.
A few of my favourite things combined into one meal, topped with butter and maple syrupy goodness Need I say more?
Banana, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Pancakes
1 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup natural peanut butter, softened in the microwave
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Butter
Maple syrup
Whisk the dry ingredients.
Whisk the milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients and stir until combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold gentle.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto a skillet. Flip after about a minute to a minute and a half.
Servce topped with butter and a drizzle of maple syrup. I’ll admit that the syrup is totally optional, but I obviously decided to indulge.

I need to see if my children will ever allow me to experiment with anything other than their favorite plain pancakes!
Nevermind the children. Do it for you! I had one for dessert tonight. ;)
