nameless couscous…?

What does one do when they can’t come up with a recipe name? I whipped this couscous up last night and it was delicious, but, because what I basically did was take a basic couscous recipe and throw all sorts of stuff into it, I’m not sure what to call it.
I guess it shall remain nameless for the time being.

Nameless couscous

1 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots, diced
1 Red bell pepper, diced
1 medium-sized carrot, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup couscous
1 handful raisins
2 tbsp toasted almonds (any nut would do, really!)
Minced parsley

Heat the oil in a medium-sized sauce pan, add shallots, bell pepper, carrots and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies begin to soften. Add couscous and cook another minute or two, stirring.

While the vegetables fry, boil 2 cups of chicken broth and add to the couscous pot. Remove from heat, add raisins, almonds and parsley. Stir and cover for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Top with parsley and fluff with a fork before serving.

Next time, I plan on trying this recipe out!
